He is survived by: his wife Vera Arrene Powell; his children, Thomas M. Powell Jr., Michael S. Powell (Debra), Daniel K. Powell (Darlene) and Kimberly S. Robison (Michael); and his grandchildren, Monica, Jessica, Keith, Cody, Brittni, Timothy, Michael Jr. and Vera. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other extended family members, and friends.
