He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Maynard Mackey and Cecilia Ann Bickle Mackey. He is survived by: his children, Ray Madison (Butch), Rhonda Fox (Brad) of Idaho, Robert (Mike) and Melinda Mackey McCull (Glenn) of Commerce. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
