It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Milam of Huntington, Texas, who passed away on July 10, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father W. C. Milam (Bill); and his grandparents, Clyde, Bessie Milam and Hall Wilson. He is survived by: his mother Linda Lou Milam (Wilson) of Lufkin; his wife Anita Milam of Huntington; his sons, John Michael Clyde Milam of Huntington and Jerod Matthew; his daughter-in-law Bonnie Milam of Denham Springs, LA; his daughter Jenny Marie Milam; his grandchildren, Makenzie Dawn Milam, Ethan Michael Hall Milam and Averi Marie Milam; his brother David Milam (Donna) of Lufkin, TX.; and his nieces, Elizabeth Ross and C. J. Cates.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shafer Funeral Home (600 N John Redditt Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904-0353). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
