She was predeceased by: her mother Lela Bryan (Lemley); and her husband Herbert Powers. She is survived by: her children, Elaine (Byford Weems), Herbert L. (Deena Powers), Robert (Beverly Powers), Cindy (Dennis Pinner), Ramona (Thomas Howell), Richard (Retha Powers), Bonny (James Covington) and Lisa (Bobby Oliver); and her sister Nell Crisp of Nacogdoches. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
