He is survived by: his brother Clint Spears (Kim); his children, Bobby Spears, Karli Chambers (Blake) and Zachary Bartlett; his grandchildren, Delaney Spears and Reagan Chambers; and his sisters, Cheri, Bobbi, Kelli and Lorri. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
