He is survived by : his daughters, Julie Lewis and Debra Cannon; his son-in-law Aubrey Lewis (Sparky); his grandchildren, Melissa Lewis Smith, Holly Lewis-Gregg, Amanda Cannon Burns and Randall Cannon; and his siblings, Earnest, Nicholas, Juanita, Pearl, Lilly, Cleo, Marie, Lowell and Ruby. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
