He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughters, Lori Blankenship (Jerry) and Lesa Thomas (Pete); his grandchildren, Katie Fatum (Alex), Brandon Thomas, Justin Blankenship and Cody Thomas (Shaley); his great grandchildren, Wyatt Fatum and Oliver Fatum; and his daughters, Van, Joyce and Bedford. He is also survived by one of 12 siblings, with 7 brothers and 4 sisters.
