He is survived by: his wife CloVonne McKowen; his children, Bryan McMichael of Carmel, IN, Cathy Harvey (Tom) of Keller, TX, Teresa Allen (Dusty) of Watauga, TX and Lance McMichael (Dotty) of Fort Worth, TX.; and his siblings, Selinda Johnson of Las Vegas, NV and John McMichael of Enid, OK.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
