He is survived by: his wife Joyce Arlene Miller of Year's Eve; his children, William Henry Richard Jr. (Jo Ann) of Haslet and Julie Ann Richard Clower (Terry) of Stafford, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Robyn Kay Richard of Haslet, Avery Jo Wooton of Haslet and Liam Orion Richard of Haslet; his stepdaughters, Darlene Thomas (Trent) of Lumberton, Texas and Kimberly Hernandez (Reagan) of Lumberton, Texas; his stepgrandchildren, Candice Gore (Mitch) of Evadale, Caleb Thomas (Kelsay) of Port Acres, Gage Hernandez of Austin, Carley Causey of Lumberton, Addison Hernandez of Lumberton and Cambrie Thomas of Lumberton; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Steele Gore, Tynleigh Gore, Adalyne Causey, Dawson Thomas and Lainey Faye Thomas; and his brother Kenneth Richard (Margaret) of Katy. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren.
