He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Iona Stanley and Robert Finley; and his former wife Dorothy Eller Finley. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn J. Rose Finley; his daughters, Teri McDaniel (Clayton McDaniel) and Sherri Scott; and his stepchildren, Stephanie Renee Stephens, Debbie Johnson, Tammy Cotton and Cecil E. Spencer Jr.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
