He is survived by: his brother Joseph Burgin Dial (Rosemary); and his nieces and nephews, Dusty Dial (Laura), Rusty Dial (Ruthie), Jimmy Ray Dial Jr., Tamara Lynn Dial, Shellie Dial and Jamie Watters. He is also survived by Great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
