It is with sadness that the passing of Janice Marie Moore of Idalou, Texas is shared. Janice, born on January 22, 1945, passed away on October 27, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Solomon and Laura Solomon; her former husband Jerry Jones; her daughter Cyndi Brown; and her siblings, Leo, Eugene, Wilma and Daniel.

She is survived by: her husband Ronald Moore of Idalou; her daughters, Becky Gilbert (Marty) and Penny Hembree (Don); her brother Raymond Solomon; her grandchildren, Amber Duggan (Bruce), Eric Hart (Brittani), Stephanie Gilbert, Bryson Gilbert, Andrew Aguilar, Caleb Aguilar and Noah Aguilar; and her great grandchildren, Koby, Gannon, Alex, Leland, Crimson, Scarlett and Mason.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial (6025 82nd St, Lubbock, TX 79424). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
