She was predeceased by: her parents, James Payne and Velma Lee Payne (Chastain); her husband Billy Paul Carty; and her sons, Donald Carty, Jamie Carty and Bennis Olive.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Carty (Mary) of Idalou, Sandy Hufford (Dale) of Lubbock, Debbie Payne of Vega and Robin Carpenter (Gerald). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 19 great-great grandchildren.
