She is survived by: her sons, Brad (Nessa), Tim (Johna) and Stace (Tami); her grandchildren, Dru Ammons (Andrew), Dylan, Dray, Dantz, Ashlyn, Brock DeBusk and Bailey Smith; and her great grandchildren, Liv, Penelope Ammons and Harper Smith.
