He is survived by: his wife Mildred Louise Boman; his children, Tina Stout (Ray) and Lance Boman (Emily); and his siblings, Bessie Purdy, Patricia Proctor, Hellen Hoover, Nerissa Farris, David Boman and Richard Boman. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
