He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Moore and Anne Moore; his brothers, Doyle, Douglass and Gordon Moore; and his brother-in-law Jack Kohleffel.
He is survived by: his wife Katrina Moore; his daughters, Meghan Starr (John Leita) and Michelle Zelkowski (Doug); his grandchildren, Charlotte, Hudson Leita, Joey, Conner and Parker Zelkowski; his siblings, Roxanne Kohleffel, Annalee Tegeler (Harlan), Jennifer Reckaway (Johnny), Glenn Moore and Pat Moore (Brooke); and his sister-in-law Glenda Moore.
