Jimenez; her children, Joe Jimenez, Jr. of Rockport, Joel Jimenez (Jennifer) of Corpus Christi, Jacob Jimenez (Wilfredo) of Ingleside, Texas, Jessica Irene Jimenez and Alisha Marie Jimenez of Ingleside, Texas; her grandchildren, Myranda Jimenez, Zoe Jimenez, Emma Rae Jimenez, Lorena Gallegos, Izabella Gallegos, Damien Gallegos, Josiah Ezekiel Smith, Serenity Deroche, Harmony Luther, Alex "Aj" Perez, Jr., Marissa Perez, Randy Canady, Brandyn Canady and Makayla Banks; and her brother Austin Willoughby (Marlene) of South Carolina. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home (1345 S Commercial St, Aransas Pass, TX 78336).
