He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Blasingame and Wally Blasingame. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Blasingame; his children, Shonda, Alex and Adam; his grandson Brooks; and his siblings, Jerri, Julie, Pete and Jessica. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many, many friends.
