She is survived by: her son Greg Lewis (Kathy); her sisters, Caryl Forbes (Colonel Lee J.), Barbara Link (Dan) and Janice Lindstrom (Walt); and her grandchildren, Dale Lewis, Amber Polson, Melissa Lane, Michelle Platz and Kaylea Plew. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
