In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Victor leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Victor may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Sue Rice of McAlester, Oklahoma; his children, Vicky Miller (Greg), Jo Baird (Mike), Vic Rice Jr. (Tracy) and Mike Rice (Deborah); and his stepchildren, Janet Hayes, Pam Hackler and Jeff Simpson. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Birdston Cemetery (5670 Farm to Market 416, Streetman, TX 75859).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fisher House Foundation, supporting veterans and their families.
