He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Kauffman and Mabel Kauffman; and his children, Jeannie Nolan and Richard Lee Kauffman. He is survived by: his wife LaVon Kauffman; his children, Tiffany Sladish (Ben Ward) and Jonathan Sladish (Sam Sladish); his daughter-in-law Jennifer Kauffman; his grandchildren, Nikki Sullivan, Ryan Kauffman, Ravyn Kauffman, Lily Sladish and Isla Sladish; and his sister Doris Dickman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
