He is survived by: his wife Sally Chavira; his children, Francisco (Josie Chavira), Javier (Ruthy Chavira) and Cecilia (Timothy Cole); and his siblings, Socorro Munoz, Maria Gonzalez and Jesus Torres Chavira.
