He was predeceased by: his parents, Katie McDaniel Smith and Fred Smith; and his wives, Jackie Smith and Sue Smith. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Susan Prather, Sharra Weaver and Shelly Kraal; his grandchildren, Nate Folk, Rachel Folk, Jesse Prather, Molly Prather, Mandy Weaver, Kyler Weaver, Skyla Kraal and Braiden Kraal; and his extended family, Loretta Monsey, Mark Smith, Pattie Hansen, Keith Hall, Darla McDaniel, James Smith and Dana Vardeman. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
