Glenn leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Glenn’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Glenn will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Lillian Fipps and Norflake Fipps; wife: Betty Fipps; daughters: Gina Norman, Shelia Fipps, and Rebecca Smith (Shane); son: Glenn Nathanial Fipps; grandchildren: Brent Norman (Holley), Ashley Garcia (Marcos), Nicole Tran, Lizzy Fipps, Madison Fipps, Aliyah Smith, and Elijah Smith; siblings: six sisters and one brother; and thirteen great-grandchildren, numerous extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Browns Memorial Funeral Home (707 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, TX 75061). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the First General Baptist Church (1035 Balleywood Rd, Irving, TX 75060).
