She is survived by : her children, David Black of Irving and Kim Canady (David) of Ennis; her grandchildren, Katy Polanco (Julio), Kenneth Black, Cole Canady (Hollin), Kayce Spencer (Alex), Sarah Jurik (Michael) and Amanda Madden (Jordan); her great grandchildren, Ethan and Grayson Spencer; and her grandchildren, David "Carson" Canady, John Taylor Jurik, Eden Rae, Noa Joy Madden, Lilly Marie and Abbie Gwen Polanco.
