He is survived by: his brother Jay Olive (Melinda); his nephew Corey Olive (Jennifer); and his nieces, Stacy Collins, Michelle Villa and Kelli Olive. He is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews along with a host of close friends he considered his extended family.
