He was predeceased by: his parents, Sgt. John Thomas Page, Sr. and Florence Page; and his sons, Ezra and Judah Page. He is survived by: his wife Judith Page; his children, Jonathan, Benjamin, Melissa Page, Katherine Griffith (Jim) and Kristopher McCuller (Elizabeth); his sisters, Joann Vick and Margaret Simmons (Tim); his close friends, Danielle and Josh Wynkoop; Debbie Rich and Ken Harrelson. He is also survived by grandfather and uncle to his many grandchildren, nieces, nephew, and great-niece.
