We bid farewell to Kenneth G. Johnstone of Irving, Texas, born in Berkeley, California, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 1, 2025 at the age of 81. Kenneth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Johnstone (Dorothy "Dot" Larmour) and Gertrude "Betty" Beard Johnstone; his daughter Becky Johnstone; his sister Susan Johnstone Jamison; and his stepmother Dorothy Johnstone.
He is survived by: his wife Carrye Johnstone; his stepdaughter Marie Hollwedel; his sisters, Margaret Kreutzkampf and Judith Aunger; and his siblings' children, Russell Aunger (Amy), Irene Smith (Brian), Brent Jamison (Stephanie) and Jay Jamison (Repsie).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. A wake will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Brown's Memorial Funeral Home (707 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, TX 75061). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Altus Cemetery (300 E Commerce St, Altus, OK 73521).
