He is survived by: his wife NorweitaBeth Parker; his stepson Michael Pratt (Carri); his children, David Beth (Kathy) and Catherine Brasher (Charles); his grandchildren, Gary Beth (Morgan), Taylor Brasher (Brittany), Cameron Brasher, Austin Pratt, Andrew Pratt and Ashley Pratt; his great grandchildren, Chayce Beth, Bradyn Beth and Avrie Beth; his niece Julie Miller (Larry); his great-niece Abigal Miller; his great-nephew Parker Miller; his close friend Fred Dodd; and his caregivers, Dr. Shilpa Kranthi and Dr. Michael Rothkopt. He is also survived by his family, friends and fur babies.
