She was predeceased by: her parents, James T Whitman and Iva Johnnie Adams Whitman; her husband Daniel V. Cannon; her daughter Janice Gravitt; her grandson Michael James Cannon; her great great grandchild Michael J. Cannon; and her grandparents, Naomi Adams of Tennessee and George Vernon Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Wylie, Philip W. Cannon (Beverly) and Kyle Cannon (Jackie); her grandchildren, John Allan Evans (Darcy), Jennifer Evans Hoffman (Todd), Jamie Evans, Steven Allen (Nichole), Jeff Allen, Amber Allen Molina, Brandon Allen, Karl Cannon, Jonathan Cannon (Jenni) and Chris Hughett (Alexa); and her sons-in-law, John Gravitt and John D. Evans. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren.
