He is survived by: his wife Shirley "Susan" Chism; his sons, Cody Brazier (Nicole) of Wills Point and Travis Chism (Brittani) of Mabank, Texas.; his grandchildren, Tyler, Hayden, Koda, Avery, Bailey, Conlee and Lottie; his siblings, Jim Chism, Robert Chism and Glenda Chism; and his uncle John Chism. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
