She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Zachary and Lillian Benedict Zachary; and her spouse Hughey O'Neal, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Patricia "Patty" Scroggins (Charles), Danny Ray O'Neal, Hughey O'Neal, III (Terri) and Renae Cook (David); and her brother Gene Zachary. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
