She was predeceased by: her parents, Arviel Cooper and Oleta Cooper. She is survived by: her husband Phred Balcom; her children, Clifford Bumgarner and Lauren Modin (Jeff); her grandchildren, Cole Williams, Ashton Modin, Bentley Modin and Lochlynn Modin; and her brother Ray Cooper, Jr.. She is also survived by extended family, the Brinkley's, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brown's Memorial Funeral Home (707 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, TX 75061). A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tyler Memorial Cemetery (12053 State Hwy 64, Tyler, TX 75704).
