He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ervin and Audrey Ervin; and his sister Normlyn Harlowe. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Ervin; his children, Linda Gay McMeans (Wayne), Cyndi Marie Palmer (Robert), Ronald "Bubba" Ervin, Jr. (Angel) and Rodelhia; and his brother Eddie Blake Ervin. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren; and numerous nephews, nieces.
