She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur William and Eda Ely Carter.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (606 W Airport Fwy, Irving, TX 75062). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
