He is survived by: his daughter Paula (Bobby); his daughter-in-law Keri; his children, Daniel and Mandy (Nathan); his grandchildren, Zach, Matthew, Lindsey, Amber, Kalyn, Zane, Chelsie, Christian, Andrew, Jonathan, Kylie, Breana, James Wayne, Abigail, Katie and Cash; his former wife Jeri Ann; his sister-in-law Heidi; and his nieces, Jamie and Lacie. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
