She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Jacobs; her parents, Nellie Brewer and Joe C. Brackeen; her siblings, Joe Brackeen Jr., Mary Lee Chaney, Billie Love and James Harold Brackeen Sr.; her daughter Donna Jean Burnett; and her stepchildren, Jerry Jacobs and Margaret Sue King.
She is survived by: her sister Jackie Polei (Lee); her son-in-law G. W. Burnett; her grandchildren, Jennifer Rowlands, Greg Burnett, Shannen Wyatt, Stacy Miller and Jeri Weeks; and her great grandchildren, Hailey James, Ryleigh James, Grace Rowlands, Drew Burnett and Ashley Burnett. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
