He was predeceased by: his parents, Theo Cantrell and Christine Cantrell; his sisters, Laverne Patton and Marilyn Cook; and his children, Vicky Hubbert and Jerry Cantrell.
He is survived by: his siblings, Theda Grey and Dale Cantrell; and his daughters, Karen Kinsey (Carl), Christi Fanning (Timothy) and Sheree Hicks (Jim). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many great-great-grandchildren.
