He is survived by: his wife Paula Gene Outcalt; and his children, Paul Gwaltney (Julie), Gina Robinson (Doug Prophitt) and Connie Lowe (Richard). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews.
