He is survived by : his wife Paula Kaye Ross Harley; his daughters, Jasmine T. and Mai Nguyen; his nieces and nephews, Troy Strickland, Carrie Strickland, Kimberly Buckner and John Buckner; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Shiloh, Jaxon, Asher, Taylor, Kourtney, Aubrie, Sarah and Micah.
