Andy Phillips Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andy Phillips (Jacksonville, Texas), who passed away on November 23, 2018 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughter Brandi Chilian; his son-in-law Pete Chilian of Dallas; his grandsons, Cook and Wyatt Chilian of Dallas; his sister Sissy Jr; his siblings-in-law, Jeff Austin, Jr. of Jacksonville, Renee and Mike Todd of Jacksonville; his cousins, Jeff Austin III of Tyler, Mary Austin of Boulder, Leigh, James Mattson of Sugarland, Emily and Robert Simpson of Jacksonville; and his close friends, Joe Bob Drake of Davis and Mike Cohlmia of Dallas. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Jacksonville Education Foundation or Hospice of East Texas.
