He is survived by: his children, Lisa Foster (Chris), Denise Maynard (David), Jennifer Thompson (Casey), Christina Tyler and Billy Tyler, Jr.; his grandchildren, Timothy Hill, Jacob Foster (Leah), Brianna Stokes (John), Ashley Hargrave (Scott), Chevelle Maynard, Libe Tyler and Travis Tyler; his great grandchildren, Ryden Hargrave, Lakelynn Hargrave, Justin Stokes and Ella Foster; and his brother Bob Tyler (Diana).
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Park (5127 North St, Nacogdoches, TX 75965).
