It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Carroll McCaslin of Jacksonville, Texas, born in Corsicana, Texas, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Marshel McCaslin and Edna McCaslin; his brother James McCaslin; and his close friend Terrell Simpson. He is survived by : his wife Debbie Pierce McCaslin; his daughter Launa; his son-in-law Michael Bacon of Palestine; his daughter Kaytee; his son-in-law Woody Hassell of Jacksonville; his son Justin; his daughter-in-law Meridith McCaslin of Tyler; his grandchildren, Alex Hassell, Avery Bacon, Lennon Hassell, Austyn Bacon, Quinn McCaslin and Elias McCaslin; his sister Corrine; his brother-in-law Rick Thompson of Corsicana; his sister Diane; and his brother-in-law Don Foster of Arlington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
