He was predeceased by: his parents, George Franklin Cook and Frances Elizabeth Lightsey Cook. He is survived by: his wife Helen Patricia White Cook; his children, Howard Franklin Cook, Patricia Martin (Johnny) of Mauriceville, Kenneth Stanley (Lee) of Vidor and Cherie Cox (Shane) of Lewisburg, Tennessee; and his siblings, John Cook (Judy) and Mary Katherine Cook Corn (Homer). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
