He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfred Dick and Bessie Dick; his wife Barbara Jo Dick; his sister Erma Jo; his brother-in-law David Les Lubiere; his brother Jimmy "Pee Wee"; and his sister-in-law Charlene Dick.
He is survived by : his children, Angela Ballew of Bullard, Jeff Banks (Susan) of Mt. Selman, Annette Swinney (Cyrus) of Texas City, Brett Banks of Mt. Selman and Tommy Townsend (Susie) of Orange Grove; his brother John Franklin "J. F." Dick (Bea) of Alice; his grandchildren, Jaylee Ralston, Brettni Banks, Donald Brooks Ralston, Ivey Jo Ballew, Kelby McDonald, Cassidy Townsend, Noah Townsend and Drate Berry; his great grandchild Beckham; and his fur buddies, Turbo and Wrecker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
