She was predeceased by : her parents, Marvin Martin Sr. and Opal Simmons Martin (Simmons); her brother Clarence Martin (Lee Lee); and her grandson Jacob Jordan. She is survived by : her husband Harvey Ray Hoffman of Jacksonville; her daughters, Beverly Ann Munoz and Carla Elaine May of Jacksonville; her brother Marvin Martin Jr.; and her grandchildren, Tim Jordan, Dustin Burris, Drew Burris and Davanie Munoz. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
