He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Williams and Dillie Mae Williams (Suggs); his siblings, Clifford Williams, Charles Williams and Dorothy Van Voorhis; and his grandson Clayton Southard.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Sue Williams of Jacksonville; his daughters, Casey Baldwin of Flint, Amanda Southard (Dennis) of Frankston, Catherine Conner (Chad) of Waco and Carrie Tutt (Chris) of Tyler; his sister-in-law Helen Slider Miles of Pierces Chapel; and his grandchildren, Ashlyn Baldwin, Maddox, Grayson, Caden, Stella Conner, Reagan and Jordan Tutt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
