She was predeceased by: her parents, John White and Emer Helen Jeffrey (Manley); her husband Jack; and her siblings, John Jeffrey and Shirley Dosser.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Blakeney (Kelly) of Jacksonville, Jack Franklin Jr. of Jacksonville, Teresa Lankert (Walter) of Mississippi, Jaseen Sides of Jacksonville and Jennifer Franklin (Bruce Norval) of Jacksonville; and her brother Jesse Jeffrey of Jacksonville. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild on the way; and numerous nieces and nephews.
