He was predeceased by : his parents, Cindy Starkey (Marshall) and Joel Starkey. He is survived by : his son Dylan Wayne Starkey; his brothers, Steven Starkey (Michele) of Rusk and Cameron Starkey of Gallatin; and his close friends, Kent and Susannah Doss of Gallatin. He is also survived by numerous nephews, extended family, and loving friends.
