She was predeceased by : her parents, Garrett Foster and Ocie Foster (Bearden); her husband Douglas C. Cook; and her siblings, Irvin Foster, Dwayne Foster and Virginia Foster.
She is survived by : her children, Ronda Richardson of Jacksonville, Keith Cook (Tonia) of Jacksonville and Jason Cook (Michelle) of Tyler; her brothers, Jerry Ray Foster of Dangerfield and James Neal Foster (Judy) of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Angela Tapia, John Cook, Daniel Cook and Rachel Cook; and her great grandchildren, Angel, Julie, Asa, Elias, Titus and Maren. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
